Dr Gould presents at Pelvic Floor Week - Seattle USA

Dr Gould presented this research at the American Urogynaecologic Society Annual Scientific Meeting in Seattle USA. This research consists of pilot results looking at bacteria that may be present on vaginal ring pessaries. Dr Gould is currently completing a much larger cohort study of vaginal pessary users, their symptoms and microbiological results of pessary biofilms to determine if pathogens exist on vaginal pessaries. This larger study has completed recruitment and specimen collection. Results will be published in 2017.
