Lily
Practice Manager
Lily has been with our practice as a founding member of the team since 2017. She has been instrumental in the intial creation of the service and is fundamental in the day to day running of all elements of our clinic. She is passionate about our patients, our service and our team. You will not find a more hard working and dedicated person. In her spare time she is one of Melbournes best home cooks and also the doting mother to two golden retrievers and one human young adult.
Charlotte
Medical Administration & Reception
Charlotte joined our service in 2021 whilst at university in a short term role. Since then she has graduated and obtained her honours degree, but she here looking after our patients. Once you meet Charlotte, you will understand why we are not keen to let her go. Charlotte’s kind and considerate nature is a perfect fit. She is hard working and always ready to go the extra mile for the patients and the team. These days she is not only on reception but often managing the daily running of the practice and is Lily’s right hand helper.
Mike
IT & Operational Manager & Reception
Mike is our IT and Operational Manager. He is responsible for much of the non patient fronting tasks. These usually include lots of paperwork and IT jobs. He kindly attends to the reception tasks when Charlotte and Lily need a hand and he will be at the desk on these occasionally charming our patients and sometimes he might even answer the phone too! When Mike is not working for Urogynaecology Specialists, he is to be found either in his other job as a Primary School Teacher or enjoying some kind of extreme sport.
